• D. Do you offer EMI or Part Payment?

  We offer attractive rates and exclusive design only sir.

• E. Any special thing for us?

  Yes sir, there is no bound to minimum quantity of any order you can start your order from 05 gram in gold and 100 gram in silver. In every order you get rate which we offer.

• F. Any special thing in service?

  Yes sir, if you order 50 Gram and more in gold or 2 kg in silver, we offer SwarnAstitva Special member Discount. In Which you get cheaper rate.

• G. If I have no capacity to order this much quantity, then any other option?

  Yes sir, we offer a yearly subscription plan for those jewelers who are not capable of ordering this much quantity. on only 12000 per year.

• H. What is the guarantee of given jewelry?

  Sir, all products which we deliver are already cross-checked by an approved lab, which manufactured in SwarnAstitva Jewels Pvt Ltd workshop. In all gold products we offer, on demand HUID marking. which assures the quality of jewelry.

• I. If any jewelry Breaks, then how to deal with?

  If any jewelry found breaks while delivering ,100 % exchange of that product will be given. All jewelers will have to ensure during delivery time, jewelry which they collect, is in fine status, after collecting jewelry there is no claim on break jewelry.

• J. If any order found not same in design which ordered, then how to deal with?

  Sir SwarnAstitva Jewels Pvt Ltd maximum tries to do deliver all order as same as order, but in some case due to different factors, not possible to create same order, if any situation create, we discuss with related jeweler for that change, if they agree for some miners’ changes, we initiate the order, otherwise we do full refund.

• K. When I want to return jewelry how to do this?

  Sir, when you return any used jewelry, we send this jewelry to an authorized lab for purity check, when we get report, we pay amount by NEFT/RTGS. Lab charges will have to be borne by the seller

• L. If I have a jewelry from a long time which not sold and purchased from SwarnAstitva Jewels Pvt Ltd, can I exchange with new one?

  Sir, you can, but you must pay wastage on new one, and lost wastage on old one.in case of newer altered jewelry in any manner (Due to offer very low wastage)

• M. Any EMI or Finance Available?

  Sir, we are working on this model, in future we may be offering. (now RBI is not allowing finance or EMI)

• N. If I have old Jewelry or Gold and I want to sell can SwarnAstitva Jewels Pvt Ltd purchase?

  Sir, after giving you a letter from your side in which you declared that gold is your property and you have the right to sell, we purchased it with seller KYC and an affidavit.

• O. If we want some jewelry on approval, then how do we get?

  Sir, we have a lot of design in virtually. You may offer this design to customers.

• P. Any repairing service available?

  Now currently not available in Jabalpur, but we plan to set up workshop in Jabalpur very soon.

• Q. Is gold bullion, silver bullion and coins available?

  Sir, in our product range these are also available.
